Acquisition | FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC | 21st July 2025

On 8 May 2025, the boards of directors of FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC and Bidco announced that they had reached agreement on the terms and conditions of a recommended acquisition pursuant to which Bidco will acquire the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC for GBP 24.5 per share. FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC shareholders approved the scheme at a meeting held on June 30, 2025. A Court Sanction Hearing is scheduled to be held on Thursday 17 July 2025. Subject to court sanctioning the scheme, FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC suspension of dealings is expected on July 21, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FD TECHNOLOGIES PLC (FDPF.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/07/2025
