Acquisition | EURONAV NV | 25th March 2024

On 18 March 2024, EURONAV NV confirmed that the acceptance period of the mandatory public takeover bid launched by CMB NV for all shares issued by Euronav NV expired on March 15, 2024. Each shareholder of EURONAV NV would receive USD 17.86 in cash for every share held. Post the results announced, the bidder holds 88.61 percent of the issued shares in Euronav NV. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove EURONAV NV giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EURONAV NV will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EURONAV NV (EUAV.BR) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/03/2024
