Initially announced on March 24, 2023, BAIN CAPITAL made a cash offer for ESTIA HEALTH LTD of AUD 3.08 per ESTIA HEALTH LTD share held. The completion of the event was approved by shareholders of ESTIA HEALTH LTD on November 15, 2023. On the basis that the resolution is passed by shareholders, the date of the hearing of the application to the Court to approve the Scheme is scheduled for December 5, 2023. Provided the Court approves the Scheme, the last day of trading of ESTIA HEALTH LTD is expected to be December 6, 2023
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- ESTIA HEALTH LTD will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of ESTIA HEALTH LTD (EHE.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
