Acquisition | EDDA WIND ASA | 3rd June 2025

On 29 April 2025 Geveran Trading Co Ltd, Wilhelmsen New Energy AS and EPS Ventures launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of EDDA WIND ASA. Each shareholder would receive NOK 23 in cash for every share held. Based on the announcement published on May 28, 2025 the offeror now holds 100% of shares of EDDA WIND ASA. Trading in shares of EDDA WIND ASA have been suspended in Euronext Oslo. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EDDA WIND ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EDDA WIND ASA (EWIND.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/06/2025
