Acquisition | DADA NEXUS LTD | 18th June 2025

Initially announced on January 27, 2025 JD.COM INC made a cash offer for DADA NEXUS LTD of USD 2 per DADA NEXUS LTD share held. DADA NEXUS LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 10, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on June 16, 2025. Trading in shares of DADA NEXUS LTD is expected to be halted effective June 17, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DADA NEXUS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DADA NEXUS LTD (DADA.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/06/2025
