Acquisition | CAVERION OYJ | 7th November 2023

Initially announced on January 10, 2023 CRAYFISH BIDCO made a cash offer for CAVERION OYJ of EUR 8.75 per CAVERION OYJ share held. Preliminary Tender offer results for the offer ending November 1, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 94.3%. CRAYFISH BIDCO will confirm and announce the final result of the Tender Offer on or about 6 November 2023. As the free float of CAVERION OYJ has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove CAVERION OYJ from the indices effective open November 7, 2023.

• CAVERION OYJ will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CAVERION OYJ (CAV1V.HE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
