Due to the acquisition of BUCKEYE PARTNERS LP by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED) (PRIVATE), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• BUCKEYE PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BUCKEYE PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
