Announced on 13 July 2023, LOTUS RESOURCES LTD made an offer for the acquisition of A-CAP ENERGY LTD. On 10 October 2023, shareholders of A-CAP ENERGY LTD approved the scheme in which they would receive 1 share of LOTUS RESOURCES LTD for 3.54 shares held in A-CAP ENERGY LTD. Pursuant to the approval in the second court hearing, to be held on 26 October 2023, the scheme will be effective on 30 October 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• A-CAP ENERGY LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of LOTUS RESOURCES LTD (LOT.AX) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 30/10/2023
