Job Overview
Are you a hands-on event professional with a passion for creating memorable and unconventional client experiences? Do you enjoy moving beyond standard formats and designing tailored events with a creative edge that feel distinctive and engaging? Do you thrive in managing events end-to-end while ensuring every detail contributes to a meaningful and high-quality experience? Then you will very likely fit into our team!
Your Tasks
External Events & Client Engagement:
  • Design and deliver creative, tailored client events that leave a lasting impression — from classic networking sessions to innovative, interactive experiences.
  • Develop concepts, timelines, and budgets that strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, from initial concept through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
  • While based in Frankfurt, coordinate and support events across other Solactive locations and assist with international client initiatives.
  • Bring an innovative, unconventional approach to events, crafting experiences that differentiate Solactive and make a lasting impact.
Internal Events & Company Culture:
  • Plan and support internal company-wide initiatives like company anniversaries, Christmas parties, family events, and others.
  • Contribute to fostering a strong company culture through engaging event formats. 
Communication & Impact:
  • Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Office Management and People & Culture teams to align event activities with business goals.
  • Support the promotion of events through relevant communication channels.
  • Track and evaluate event success (e.g., client engagement and feedback).
Your Profile
  • Academic degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on client-facing, creative, and innovative events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives across locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a flair for unconventional and memorable event experiences.
  • Fluent in English and German.

    Screening Call

    Recruiter

    The screening / introduction round is focus on assessment of a candidate's basic qualifications and determine whether (s)he is a good fit for the role and the company.

    Meeting the team

    Hiring manager + team

    The team round is focused on the candidate’s subject-matter know-how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate his/her subject- matter knowledge.

  3. 3.

    Task round

    From the hiring manager + team

    This one is an optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, that aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills.
    As part of the optional task round, the candidate will be given a home task to solve within a specified Roopalieline, which they will need to complete and send back to the hiring team for evaluation.

  4. 4.

    Management talk

    HR business partner + Department Head / C-Level

    The management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role, from a strategic company-fit point of view.
    Moreover, it is an opportunity for the candidate to learn more about the company's culture and vision.
