Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Manager who thrives when unlocking new doors, closing new deals, and establishing long-term partnerships. If the thrill of closing big-ticket sales and having true ownership motivates you, this is where you make your mark.
Your Tasks
  • Win new business by actively acquiring institutional clients including banks, asset managers, asset owners and insurance companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities within institutional markets.
  • Present and position Solactive’s index and FinTech solutions as strategic growth driver for clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and strategic discussions to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Work closely with index structuring and in-house teams to bring compelling solutions to market.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or financial solutions sales.
  • Ideally experience in FinTech, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or financial data.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals..
  • Strong network within institutional financial markets is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Highly driven, resilient, and focused on delivering results.

    The team round is focused on the candidate’s subject-matter know-how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate his/her subject- matter knowledge.

    This one is an optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, that aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills.
    As part of the optional task round, the candidate will be given a home task to solve within a specified Roopalieline, which they will need to complete and send back to the hiring team for evaluation.

    Management talk

    HR business partner + Department Head / C-Level

    The management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role, from a strategic company-fit point of view.
