- Win new business by actively acquiring institutional clients including banks, asset managers, asset owners and insurance companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities within institutional markets.
- Present and position Solactive’s index and FinTech solutions as strategic growth driver for clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and strategic discussions to negotiation and deal closing.
- Work closely with index structuring and in-house teams to bring compelling solutions to market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Several years of experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or financial solutions sales.
- Ideally experience in FinTech, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or financial data.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals..
- Strong network within institutional financial markets is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
