• Supporting the development and enhancement of automating workflows for index development, index setup, and product lifecycle processes.
• Writing and maintaining Python scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve data quality.
• Supporting internal teams by building small tools, prototypes, or scripts that enable efficient collaboration.
• Preparing and structuring data collection processes (templates, input channels, data validation, and initial quality checks).
• Contributing to the creation of client-facing documents such as presentations, reports, and summaries.
• Gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and client interaction within a dynamic team environment.

• Enrolled student of Economics with strong IT affinity, or enrolled student in IT/ Business Information Systems/ Engineering with a strong interest in capital markets.
• Solid programming experience in Python is required (you should be comfortable writing small modules/scripts and working with data structures).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Git (GitHub/GitLab workflow) is highly desirable.
• Programming experience with financial database systems is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Good problem-solving mindset with structured, procedural thinking.
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style, paired with enthusiasm and creative initiative.
• Very good command of English.
