On January 17, 2024, VIZSLA SILVER CORP announced it will spin out VIZSLA ROYALTIES CORP, and the latter spun-off company would pursue a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. VIZSLA SILVER CORP announced the shareholders will receive 1 VIZSLA ROYALTIES CORP share per 3 VIZSLA SILVER CORP shares held on the record date. And the Ex date is announced to be June 24, 2024.
