Spin Off | RAYMOND LTD | 11th July 2024

On 1 December 2023, RAYMOND LTD announced the proposed demerger of their lifestyle business. For every 5 shares held in RAYMOND LTD, shareholders will receive 4 shares of the newly formed demerger company, RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LTD. On 26 February 2024, shareholders approved the scheme arrangement and on 24 June 2024, the NCLT also approved the scheme. The effective date of the demerger will be on 11 July 2024.

• The spin-off company RAYMOND LIFESTYLE LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 11/07/2024
