Spin Off | LIBERTY GLOBAL LTD – CLASS A | 13th November 2024

On February 16, 2024, LIBERTY GLOBAL LTD announced the spin-off of SUNRISE COMMUNICATIONS AG. Shareholders approved the spin-off at a special meeting held on October 25, 2024. LIBERTY GLOBAL LTD – CLASS A shareholders will receive one (1) SUNRISE COMMUNICATIONS AG CLASS A ADS for every five (5) LIBERTY GLOBAL LTD – CLASS A shares held. The ex-date for the spin-off has been set for November 13, 2024. SUNRISE COMMUNICATIONS AG CLASS A ADS began when-issued trading on Nasdaq on November 4, 2024, with regular way trading to begin on November 13, 2024 (symbol: SNRE).
