• The spin-off company AUSTRALIS CAPITAL will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 08/23/2018

Following the spin off

• The spin-off company AUSTRALIS CAPITAL will be removed from the index.
• The weight of AUSTRALIS CAPITAL based on a price established by the sale of the units in the open market
• will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective date (open): TBA
