Spin Off | AJMERA REALTY & INFRA INDIA | 2nd August 2024

Initially announced in 2020, AJMERA REALTY & INFRA INDIA proposed a demerger, in which shareholders of AJMERA REALTY & INFRA INDIA would receive two shares of SpinCo, RADHA RAMAN DEV VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, for every 100 shares held in AJMERA. On 9 July 2024, the NCLT approved the demerger scheme. On 25 July 2024, the NSE announced the final record date for the demerger, which will be on 2 August 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company RADHA RAMAN DEV VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 02/08/2024
