Methodology Change | Solactive GBS Developed Markets Real Estate Select Index| Effective Date 09/04/2020

Today, on the 08/04/2020, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for methodology change

Solactive has determined that the rebalancing logic  should be changed for the Affected Indices going forward. The change will be reflected in the starting next rebalance in May where the  target shares will be implemented.

The  new weights will be fixed as of the selection date and the target shares will be calculated. These shares will be then be implemented during the rebalancing. The only changes to the final shares are allowed in case of any corporate action such as stock split, rights issue, etc.

Changes to the Index Guideline

No changes to the index guideline.

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Indices. The amended version of the index guideline will be available on the effective date.
