Today, on the 07/03/2023, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change
Solactive has determined that the current methodology may allow for partial departure from applicable regulation(s) in Austria which cover(s) the product(s) linked to the Index. As such, it initiates a methodology change aiming at aligning the methodology with the body of regulations relevant to the administration and governance of the product(s) linked to the Index.
Changes to the Index Guideline
The following Methodology changes will be implemented in the following point of the Index Guideline:

Section 2.3
“Constraints:
– Country weights of the INDEX cannot be higher or lower than 15% compared to the country weight in the Benchmark
– Sector weights of the INDEX cannot be higher or lower than 15% compared to the country weight in the Benchmark
– Security weights cannot be lower than 0.25% – The total sum of weights should be 100%”

-In case of multiple share lines of one company, the aggregated weight of the securities must not exceed 8%
The sum of the weights of securities with weights above 4.5% must not exceed 40%
-The total sum of securities weights should be 100%
Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Indices. The amended version of the index guideline will be available on the effective date.
