Due to the merger of BSB BANCORP INC/MA with PEOPLES UNITED FINANCIAL INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive US Broad Market Index
Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index
Solactive US Small & Mid Cap Index

• BSB BANCORP INC/MA will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of PEOPLES UNITED FINANCIAL INC will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 04/01/2019.

Solactive US Small Cap Index

• BSB BANCORP INC/MA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BSB BANCORP INC/MA based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/01/2019.
