Merger | ALINMA TOKIO MAR & ARABIAN SHIELD | 30th October 2023

On 14 December 2022, ARABIAN SHIELD entered into a Merger Agreement with ALINMA TOKIO MAR for the purpose of merging ALINMA TOKIO MAR in ARABIAN SHIELD. Each shareholder of ALINMA TOKIO MAR will receive 0.5320944333333333 shares in ARABIAN SHIELD for every share held in ALINMA TOKIO MAR. The merger was approved by shareholders of ALINMA TOKIO MAR on 24 October 2023. Trading in shares of ALINMA TOKIO MAR has been suspended effective 25 October 2023 and ALINMA TOKIO MAR is expected to be delisted at the end of second trading date following the completion of merger which is expected to be 30 October 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALINMA TOKIO MAR will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ARABIAN SHIELD (8070.SE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 30/10/2023
