Are you in your element when we speak about stocks, indices and the development of new quantitative investment strategies? Do you follow the latest trends in the ETF and stock markets? - Developing innovative equity indices together with our reputable, global client base focusing on quantitative investment strategies
- Identifying new product opportunities to complement and enhance our index offering
- Preparing historical performance simulations (back-testing) for defined investment strategies
- Creating and improving quantitative tools for index development and performance analysis
- Drafting index guidelines and supporting documents/analysis
- Setting up indices for the calculation and publication via data vendors
- Coordinating internal processes with our operations, sales and marketing teams for a successful index launch
- Academic degree in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Physics, Mathematics, Business Engineering or comparable programs
- Several years of experience in the indexing business or other relevant fields (e.g. Portfolio Management, Structuring or Financial Services Consulting)
- Strong interest and expertise in quantitative investment products
- Proficient in Python programming
- Further proven command of Microsoft Excel/VBA and SQL is beneficial
- Experience with data vendor terminals (e.g. FactSet, Reuters or Bloomberg) is a plus
- Self-confidence and team-spirit
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
