• Identify and implement various index strategies as part of Solactive’s Data Mesh
• Develop and maintain Python libraries to improve Solactive’s toolset landscape
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and calculation of indices
• Research new solutions to improve our technical setup on a continuous basis
• Collaborate with others on the team as well as the wider company by sharing your learnings and have the opportunity to become an in-house consultant for technical excellence and software engineering best practices

• Proficiency with Python or any low-level programming language such as C++, Java or Rust
• Detail-oriented, diligent and creative with a keen interest in challenging the status quo
• Intrigued with the financial indexing industry
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent field
• You can work well in a team as well as independently
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
