You’ll be working in a small team and partnering with colleagues of our international IT teams across the organization and gain insights into our business teams as well. You’ll be implementing and operating information and cyber security protocols and tools, working on improving our security posture and IT resiliency. You’ll be key contact for our IT teams for consulting on vulnerabilities, threats and secure configuration.

• Lead the implementation of information security policies in our IT services and operations on a range of infrastructure technologies
• Partner up with our IT teams in implementing and operating security protocols, tooling and monitoring
• Analyze and enhance our IT resiliency and disaster recovery readiness
• Be part of our incidence response team and develop robust incident playbooks
• Assist in reporting on information and cyber security controls in the course of clients due diligence inquiries

• Proven work experience as part of a IT or Cyber Security team, 3+ yrs. preferred
• Hands-on experience in implementing and operating information and cyber security controls and tools
• Advanced skills in systems and networks administration (on-prem and hyper-scaler) and working knowledge of high-availability infrastructure is preferred
• Experience in being part of initial security incidence response team and first exposure to incident investigation
• Familiarity with information security frameworks, particularly the ISO 27000 norm family, is a plus. Knowledge of BSI Standard 200-4 community draft/ 100-4 is a plus
• Fluent in English (company language)
