• Managing and coordinating index rebalancing with both internal and external clients
• Implementing index relevant information into the index calculation platform
• Being the main point of contact for your dedicated customer base regarding the rebalancing of their indices
• Setting up investable and trending index strategies based on client requests
• Optimizing processes to ensure successful index rebalancing in collaboration with other Index Management teams
• Further developing our business unit by managing various internal and external client projects
• Testing new features of our index calculation engine in consultation with our IT department

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
• First experience in the indexing business or portfolio management 
• High familiarity with ETFs and derivative products is a plus 
• Very good proficiency level in Microsoft Excel 
• Expertise with data vendor terminals would be an advantage (e.g. FactSet, Reuters or Bloomberg) 
• Python or similar scripting experience would be a plus 
• Highly motivated to work independently 
• Structured approach to work and precise attention to detail 
• Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English
