The Solactive Switzerland Real Estate Index NTR is based on the Solactive Switzerland All Cap Index. The index intends to track the performance of the all cap segment in the Swiss market. All index components need to be classified in the Real Estate Development or Real Estate Investment Trusts industry. Constituents are selected and weighted based on free-float market capitalization. The index is calculated as a net total return index in CHF and reconstituted quarterly.
