Solactive is committed to high standards in benchmark administration in order to foster the quality, reliability and integrity of its benchmarks, as well as to comply with applicable regulatory standards and accepted industry practices. This also finds its expression in Solactive’s registration as benchmark administrator for EU Climate Transition Benchmarks (EU CTBs) and EU Paris-aligned Benchmarks (EU PABs) under the European Benchmarks Regulation (EU BMR) with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the inclusion in the ESMA register of administrators and benchmarks. In addition, Solactive as an administrator of benchmarks has confirmed its alignment with the recommendations made by IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions) in the Principles for Financial Benchmarks Final Report and apply robust governance and oversight practices.
