Delisting | SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP PLC | 26th July 2024

On July 19, 2024, in combination with the previously completed Merger between SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP PLC and WESTROCK, BNY Mellon announced that the post-merger SMURFIT WESTROCK PLC shares were not registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, and were therefore sold in the local market. Effective July 26, 2024, SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP PLC ADR holders will be required on a mandatory basis to surrender their ADRs to BNY Mellon for cancellation and exchange.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP PLC (SMFKY.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/07/2024
