POLYMETAL INTERNATIONAL PLC shares will be excluded from the official list of the Moscow Exchange and their admission to trading will be canceled on 15 October 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• POLYMETAL INTERNATIONAL PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of POLYMETAL INTERNATIONAL PLC (POLY.MM) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
