On March 30, 2024 MOUNTAIN CREST ACQ CORP IV announced it completed its business combination with CH Auto Inc. The merger officially closed on March 28, 2024. As a result of the merger, MOUNTAIN CREST ACQ CORP IV shareholders received One (1) Class A ordinary share of CH Auto Inc. for each share held. CH Auto Inc. will not be listed for trading on any securities exchange. Trading in shares of MOUNTAIN CREST ACQ CORP IV is officially suspended effective April 2, 2024. MOUNTAIN CREST ACQ CORP IV will be removed from the indices at its last close price effective April 5, 2024 (open).
