Delisting | ENQUEST PLC | 20th December 2023

On October 30, 2023 ENQUEST PLC announced its intention to apply to delist its shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. ENQUEST PLC announced on December 5, 2023, that the Company has applied for delisting of ENQUEST PLC shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved the application for delisting and has determined that the last day of trading of ENQUEST PLC shares will be 19 December 2023. ENQUEST PLC shares will remain listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ENQUEST PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ENQUEST PLC (ENQ.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/12/2023
