On June 28, 2024 CANO HEALTH INC announced that it successfully emerged from Chapter 11 as a reorganized private company. The cancellation of shares is expected to be completed on June 28, 2024. CANO HEALTH INC will be removed from the Index at a price of Zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CANO HEALTH INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CANO HEALTH INC (CANOQ.PK) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
