Due to the voluntary share exchange of TITAN CEMENT CO SA by TITAN CEMENT INTERNATIONAL SA, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• TITAN CEMENT CO SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of TITAN CEMENT CO SA based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
