SUNRISE COMMUNTN ADR REP CL A ORD announced a voluntary Delisting from NASDAQ on August 8, 2025. The Delisting is expected to be completed on August 18, 2025. SUNRISE COMMUNTN ADR REP CL A ORD will start trading in OTC effective on August 18, 2025.
