Change of Listing | MOVELLA HOLDINGS INC | 5th April 2024

On March 20, 2024, MOVELLA HOLDINGS INC announced a voluntary delisting from Nasdaq. MOVELLA HOLDINGS INC stated that a form 25 was filed with the SEC on April 1, 2024 and that trading in shares on Nasdaq will be suspended effective April 2, 2024 (open). The company expects shares to be officially delisted from Nasdaq on or around April 11, 2024, and expects to be quoted OTC beginning on or around April 12, 2024. As such, MOVELLA HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the indices effective April 5, 2024 (open).
