Change of Listing | LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A | 4th April 2024

On March 25, 2024 LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A received written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC notifying the Company that Nasdaq had determined that the Company?s common stock will be delisted from Nasdaq because of its failure to comply with Listing Rules. LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A plans to appeal the Decision. Trading of LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A common stock has been suspended at the opening of business on March 27, 2024 and the Company intends to work with OTC Markets to facilitate the trading of the Company?s shares on the OTC Markets. As such, LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A will be removed from the indices effective April 4, 2024 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LIBERTY RESOURCES ACQUI-CL A (LIBY.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/04/2024
