Change of Index Selection Party role for GPR 250 and GPR 250 REIT Indices | Effective Date: 04.02.2025

This is to notify of an upcoming change regarding the role of the Selection Party for the indices listed here GPR 250 List of Published Indices (“Relevant Indices”). Effective from 04.02.2025 (“Effective Date” ), Global Property Research B.V. will not perform the role of the Selection Party. From this date onward, Solactive AG will be responsible for the rebalancing of the Relevant Indices.

Please note that the Relevant Indices are already calculated and published by Solactive AG, which also serves as the Administrator for these indices under the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (“Benchmark Regulation”) as of 1 January 2024.

The existing index guidelines for the Relevant Indices will be updated on the Effective Date to reflect this change.
