Delisting | NIPPON SHEET GLASS CO LTD ORD | 28th September 2026

On 31 August 2026, it was announced that Apollo Global Management boosted their capital stake in NIPPON SHEET GLASS CO LTD ORD, triggering a squeeze out, whereby shareholders of NIPPON SHEET GLASS CO LTD ORD will receive JPY 500 per share. The delisting date from the JPX will be 28 September 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NIPPON SHEET GLASS CO LTD ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NIPPON SHEET GLASS CO LTD ORD (5202.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
