Acquisition | PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED | 10th September 2026

On 31 July 2026, the boards of LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC,SCHRODER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST LTD and PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED announced that they had reached agreement regarding the terms of a recommended all-share offer pursuant to which LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC and SREIT will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED. Each shareholder of PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED will receive 0.19 share of LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC, 0.894 share of SCHRODER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST LTD for every share held. The scheme is subject to Court Sanction hearing expected on September 8, 2026. The last trading date is expected to be September 9, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED (PCTN.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/09/2026
