INDIA GLYCOLS LTD announced a demerger scheme in May 2025, which was approved by the NCLT Allahabad bench on July 17, 2026, and formalized on August 21, 2026. Under the approved terms, shareholders will receive 1 share of IGL Spirits Limited for every 1 existing share, and 1 share of Ennature Bio Pharma Ltd for every 3 existing shares. The effective date of the demerger scheme will be September 2, 2026
