Acquisition | QORIA | 9th July 2026

Following the binding agreement announced on FEBRUARY 2, 2026, AURA CONSOLIDATED GROUP, INC. advanced its 100% acquisition of QORIA LIMITED via a scheme of arrangement. QORIA shareholders decisively approved the scheme resolution on JULY 2, 2026, whereby shareholders of QORIA will receive 1 share of AURA for every 17.32 shares held. Following a final court hearing, QORIA will be officially suspended from trading on the AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE (ASX) at the close of business on JULY 8, 2026

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• QORIA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of QORIA (QOR.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/07/2026
