Acquisition | REC SILICON ASA | 29th June 2026

Anchor AS launched tender offer to acquire entire share capital of REC SILICON ASA. Each shareholder of REC SILICON ASA will receive NOK 0.24 in cash for every share held. Based on the final results the acquiror holds 93.13 percent of shares of REC SILICON ASA. Trading in shares of REC SILICON ASA has already suspended effective June 16, 2026 and will not resume trading. Delisting has been confirmed effective June 25, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• REC SILICON ASA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of REC SILICON ASA (RECSI.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/06/2026
