Delisting | YOMEISHU SEIZO CO LTD | 18th June 2026

In April 2026, RENO INC made a tender offer to purchase all shares of YOMEISHU SEIZO CO LTD for JPY 4050 per share. Following the successful tender offer, the JPX announced a delisting of all shares of YOMEISHU SEIZO CO LTD from the exchange with the delisting date set as 18 June 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• YOMEISHU SEIZO CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of YOMEISHU SEIZO CO LTD (2540.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/06/2026
