Delisting | MCJ CO LTD | 16th June 2026

Following the successful completion of a tender offer (JPY 2200 per share) by BAIN CAPITAL-affiliated BCPE META CAYMAN, L.P. in April 2026, MCJ CO LTD. held an extraordinary shareholders meeting on May 27, 2026, where a reverse stock split was approved to squeeze out minority shareholders. Consequently, the TOKYO STOCK EXCHANGE designated MCJ shares as "Securities to be Delisted," allowing a final trading window that runs until June 15, 2026. Ultimately, MCJ CO LTD. will be officially and permanently delisted from the exchange on June 16, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MCJ CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MCJ CO LTD (6670.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 16/06/2026
