Spin Off | VOLATI AB | 10th June 2026

The Annual General Meeting of VOLATI AB held on 29 April 2026 resolved to distribute all of VOLATI AB shares in its subsidiary Salix Group AB to Volatiss ordinary shareholders and to authorise Volatis Board of Directors to determine the record date for the distribution. Volatis Board of Directors resolved that the record date for the distribution shall be 11 June 2026. The first day of trading in the shares of Salix Group is expected to be 15 June 2026. The ex date for the spin off is expected to be June 10, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company SALIX GROUP will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 10/06/2026
