Initially announced on May 13, 2025 ROBINHOOD MARKETS INC - A made a cash offer for WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC of CAD 0.36 per WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC share held. WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 17, 2025. Court approval was received on July 21, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on June 3, 2026. Trading in shares of WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC is expected to be halted effective June 3, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WONDERFI TECHNOLOGIES INC (WNDR.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/06/2026
