Acquisition | KLOECKNER & CO SE | 4th June 2026

Initially announced on January 16, 2026 WORTHINGTON STEEL made a cash offer for KLOECKNER & CO SE of EUR 11 per KLOECKNER & CO SE share held. The transaction received the last regulatory approval on May 27, 2026. Trading in shares of KLOECKNER & CO SE is expected to be halted effective June 4, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KLOECKNER & CO SE will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KLOECKNER & CO SE (KCOGn.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/06/2026
