On April 10th, 2026, Solactive AG launched a formal Market Consultation on the proposed treatment of significant Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) referred to as “Mega IPOs” across its benchmark index families.

Having carefully considered all stakeholder feedback received during the consultation period, as well as the fundamental scope of our benchmark families, Solactive's conclusions are in the attached document.

The methodology amendments described in this document will be formalized in the updated Index Guideline and become effective by following schedule:

Phase one, effective date June 30th, 2026:
