Initially announced on August 6, 2025 MASTERBRAND INC made a stock offer for AMERICAN WOODMARK CORP of 5.15 shares per AMERICAN WOODMARK CORP share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on May 28, 2026. Trading in shares of AMERICAN WOODMARK CORP is expected to be halted effective May 28, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AMERICAN WOODMARK CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AMERICAN WOODMARK CORP (AMWD.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/05/2026
