Initially announced on January 14, 2026 MISSION PRODUCE INC made a cash and stock offer for CALAVO GROWERS INC. of USD 14.85 and 0.979 shares per CALAVO GROWERS INC. share held. CALAVO GROWERS INC. shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 28, 2026. Trading in shares of CALAVO GROWERS INC. is expected to be halted effective May 28, 2026. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CALAVO GROWERS INC. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CALAVO GROWERS INC. (CVGW.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 29/05/2026
