Today, on the 25/05/2026, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

NAME RIC ISIN
Solactive Global Technology Leaders PR Index .SOLGTLPR DE000SLA61M1
Solactive Global Technology Leaders (CA NTR) Index* .SOLGTLNR DE000SLA6X91

Solactive Global Technology Leaders TR Index .SOLGTLTR DE000SLA61N9
Solactive Global Technology Leaders USD Index (CA NTR)* .SOLGTLUC DE000SL0FRN0

Rationale for Methodology Change

Solactive has determined that in connection with the unprecedented prevalence of Mega-IPOs this year, many index providers, subscribers, and licensees have been exploring options within their passive investment products and indices to gauge the market whether these Mega-IPOs are:

  1. Relevant for their indices
  2. Warrant the consideration for a fast track of these Mega-IPOs to be included within the indices in question

As a part of Solactive's due diligence process, we have determined that the addition of an IPO fast-track clause which will allow for the addition of Mega-IPOs that meet the criteria outlined within the IPO Review Day component of the revised index methodology is not only in line with our competitors but also in the best interest of the Solactive Global Technology Leaders Index. This change will allow for Mega-IPOs to be added to the index outside of the regular rebalancing periods allowing for quicker exposure to these relevant names to the affected products linked to the indices.
